...to start playing the piano when I was 5
years old. When other guys my age were playing soccer, I was practising a polka.
But that's how it started.
Five years later I realised that I didn't want to play piano, but guitar. It
was hard for me to become a singer and also embarassing, because I loved to
play Metallica riffs in my smelly room. My sister said that I should try
singing and I said: 'No Way'. But she made me think about it more and more. Later
at a Christmas party we formed a band, I sang a few songs and it felt pretty
good.
Eero: When we formed the band I was 14 years old and I had no idea what it
was like to live on music. I was just thinking that we're going to rock,
without having an idea about how things are supposed to be done when you want to
make a career.

Art Brut zdecydowanie najbardziej mi się podoba - niedbały wokal i nagranie... git git No mi z tego zestawu tez. Ale mam wrazenie, ze jest to Arctic Monkeys z wokalem The Streets. Niemniej niezle, a szczegolnie kawalek Formed a Band, My Little Brother i Rusted Guns on Milan (ale to dopiero po paru przesluchaniach plyty).
